KRISTOPHER TURNER as Mark

Kristopher was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB, and currently lives and studies in Toronto. His recent notable credits include being a leading actor on the TV series: This Life (CBC), Saving Hope (CTV), and The L.A. Complex (CW/MUCH), a recurring role on Falling Water (USA) and prior to that, Instant Star (CTV). Leading roles in the comedy films: A Little Bit Zombie, Wingman Inc. and Without a Paddle: Nature’s Calling (Paramount) and The Triumph of Dingus McGraw (directed by Corey Shurge) He was nominated for a Gemini award for his work on Me and Luke (Lifetime), as well as on the mini-series Bloodletting and Miraculous Cures (HBO Canada).
RUTH GOODWIN as Natalie

Ruth Goodwin is an actor, producer and writer from Toronto. She has most recently joined the cast of Global’s Private Eyes (starring Jason Priestley) as their new rookie cop and starred in The Howland Company’s Dora Award nominated production of Punk Rock at Crow’s Theatre. She is a Founding Member of The Howland Theatre Company (known for their ‘Best Of Toronto Fringe’ and ‘Patron’s Pick’ winning shows Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons & 52 Pick-Up) and has appeared on screen in Workin’ Moms (CBC), Angry Angel (ABC), Save Me (CBC), Designated Survivor (ABC), Murdoch Mysteries (CBC), Lost Girl (Showcase) and Ben’s at Home (Awk Silence Prod/ Netlix). You can see Ruth next on stage in the Pulitzer Prize nominated play The Wolves (The Howland Company & Crow’s Theatre), an exciting new show about a girls indoor soccer team.

COREY SHURGE Writer/Director

Corey Shurge [surge] is a screenwriter and director whose filmography ranges from feature film to internationally acclaimed television series. After writing and directing his debut feature, The Triumph Of Dingus McGraw: Village Idiot, he went on to work in network television, including hit primetime dramas such as CTV/NBC’s Saving Hope and CBC’s Republic Of Doyle. Corey wrote all eight episodes of the American Heroes Channel’s historical action mini-series, American Lawmen, and has also written episodes of National Geographic’s award-winning docudrama series, Mayday. Corey makes his return to his indie film roots with the award-winning short dramatic comedy, Stuck. His new film, Lughead, will have its World Premiere at the 2019 Austin Film Festival.
LAURA NORDIN, EMILY ANDREWS, JEN POGUE Producers

Filmcoop Inc. is a collective of filmmakers working together with talented people to create PSA’s, music videos, commercials, short films and features. At the forefront, Filmcoop’s producing team is led by three strong women: Laura Nordin, who studied in Moscow and New York as part of the Harvard American Repertory Program and was selected to produce an Alice Munro short story into a film for the University of Toronto; Emily Andrews, who graduated from LAMDA, the prestigious London theatre school, and has worked for numerous companies including Cineflix Productions, Federgreen Entertainment, A71 and Spiral Media; and Jen Pogue, an Award- winning film producer, Associate producer for Women On Screen, and Industry series producer for the Canadian Film Fest. Filmcoop’s producing credits include the multi-award-winning short Jessica Jessica (multi award winning), Orchid, and the feature length Things I Do For Money.
